Our STANDARD shipping method for all items shipped direct from Parts To Your Door is UPS GROUND. We add an additional fee for a handling charge to each order. However, an additional handling charge is not added to shipments of backordered items. Any items being drop shipped direct from our vendors will be shipped via that vendor’s carrier of choice. Any product damaged in transit, the recipient must file the claim with carrier. For items shipped by UPS, you may call UPS at: 1.800.PICK.UPS.
Effective January 2, 2024, the map below shows estimated transit days from our shipping location via UPS Ground. Please plan accordingly if you need your product more quickly.
Effective June 1, 2022, the map below shows LTL charges per region. All sections, blocks, etc, will have to be shipped LTL or customer pickup. Also, jackets must ship LTL due to them getting damaged by UPS.
