All returns to PTYD must be accompanied by an RMA form and number. Please submit a request for a form at https://www.partstoyourdoor.com/rma-request-form. DO NOT SEND BACK PARTS WITHOUT RECEIVING THIS FORM from PTYD. A sample form is below.
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit, unless: 1) PTYD were at fault or 2) the part is under warranty. Parts are only warranted through an installation by a licensed installer. Returns must have proof of purchase. Failure to show proof that the equipment was worked on by a licensed installer will result in no credit.
Items returned that do not belong to Parts to Your Door will be sent back at your expense.
Credit for returns will not include shipping or taxes.
